- Latest management reports from MYOB or similar
- Balance sheet
- Estimated value of plant and equipment (realistic)
- Summary of lease details
- Summary of client base and income share
- Other information as required
There is no easy way in accessing the value of your business without going through a process of evaluating all the elements that contribute to the value.
There is no simply formula as each industry is different. There are no web sites that can give you an answer to this question, there are too many variables.
